AK6TE Jason Watkins

AK6TE is Jason Watkins

I keep notes on things I build here, along with photographs I take. The notebook usually contributes more useful information, although the photos provide evidence that I occasionally go somewhere interesting.

Code X-Plane Connect 2015

Control aircraft and read simulator state in X-Plane over UDP using C, C++, Java, MATLAB, or Python. The project began during my NASA internship and was released as open source. Unmaintained now, but it was widely used for years. When I last checked, it ranked ninth by stars among repositories in NASA's GitHub organization.
